Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
1. Service Overview
VideoBloom is an AI video drafting platform that offers text-to-video, image-to-video, and, when available, reference-guided video workflows. We also provide account, credit, subscription, history, and export features. Parts of the service depend on third-party model, infrastructure, and payment providers, so features, speed, model availability, and output quality may change over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to use the service where you live, and in most cases at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact us promptly.
3. Inputs, Outputs, and Your Responsibility
You retain rights in the content you upload or submit, but only to the extent you already have those rights. You may not upload images, videos, brand assets, copyrighted works, personal likenesses, or other materials unless you have the rights required to use them.
Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any rules imposed by the underlying model or provider, you may generally use generated outputs, including downloading, editing, and commercial use. AI outputs are probabilistic and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, unique, non-infringing, fit for commercial delivery, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, client delivery, or use in any sensitive context.
Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or specially regulated data that you do not want processed by third-party model, storage, or infrastructure providers involved in delivering the service.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy describes prohibited content, misuse, deepfake and impersonation restrictions, NSFW and minor-safety rules, and platform abuse or security-evasion restrictions. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Violations may result in rejected requests, paused tasks, content removal, credit adjustments, restricted access, account suspension, or termination.
5. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
Some features require credits. Credit usage depends on model, duration, quality, audio, and similar settings. Any cost shown before submission is an estimate. Credits may be obtained through one-time purchases or subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Yearly plans may be billed up front while subscription credits are released over time instead of all at once. Subscription credits may expire, refresh, or reset according to the active plan rules, and one-time credit packs are handled as described on the pricing page. Except where required by law, caused by system error, caused by duplicate billing, or otherwise expressly agreed by us, fees are generally non-refundable.
We may change pricing, plan structure, available models, or credit rules, and those changes will generally apply prospectively to future purchases or renewals.
6. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Models, workflows, output quality, generation speed, file size limits, export formats, and storage behavior may change based on third-party providers, regional restrictions, maintenance, or product decisions. We may add, remove, suspend, or limit features at any time.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if we believe action is necessary for legal, compliance, safety, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. For subscription cancellations, use the customer portal or contact support@videobloom.video.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, low latency, or that outputs will meet your requirements, be commercially suitable, comply with platform or advertising rules, or avoid infringement risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoBloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, or business interruption. Where applicable law does not allow certain exclusions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the site. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
