Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what you may not submit, generate, upload, distribute, or otherwise use VideoBloom to process. Your use of the service must comply with this policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, and any rules imposed by underlying model or infrastructure providers.

1. Illegal, Harmful, and High-Risk Content

  • Do not create, upload, distribute, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, violent, terrorist, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Do not use the service to deceive, coerce, blackmail, harass, defame, or cause harm to others.
  • Do not use the service for scam assets, phishing, fabricated evidence, fake law-enforcement materials, fake news footage, fake surveillance media, or other content likely to cause real-world harm.

2. NSFW and Minor-Related Content

  • Do not create, upload, or distribute nude, pornographic, sexually suggestive, explicit sexual, or otherwise NSFW content.
  • Do not create, upload, or distribute any sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate content involving minors, suspected minors, or age-ambiguous persons.
  • Do not use euphemisms, coded prompts, indirect phrasing, or other evasion techniques to bypass NSFW or minor-safety restrictions.

3. Impersonation, Deepfakes, and Protected Material

  • Do not use another person's name, likeness, voice, brand, copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material without permission.
  • Do not create deceptive deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, celebrity impersonations, false endorsements, or fabricated media that may be mistaken as authentic.
  • Do not use the service for infringement, impersonation, misleading commercial use, or other violations of third-party rights.

4. Platform Abuse and Security Evasion

  • Do not bypass credit, rate, access, account, moderation, safety, or security limits.
  • Do not probe for vulnerabilities, scrape unauthorized data, abuse automation, disrupt platform stability, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access.
  • Do not distribute malware, spam, abusive traffic, or resell, share, or rent account access without authorization.

5. Responsibility for Uploads and Outputs

  • You may upload only images, videos, brand assets, works, and personal likenesses that you have the legal right to use.
  • You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, client delivery, or use in any sensitive or regulated context.
  • Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or specially regulated data that you do not want processed by third-party model, storage, or infrastructure providers involved in delivering the service.

6. Enforcement

If we believe a request, upload, output, or account activity violates this policy, we may reject the request, pause tasks, remove content, adjust credits, restrict access, suspend or terminate the account, and take any other action required for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
