Acceptable Use

1. Scope

This policy applies to the VideoBloom website, user accounts, generation tools, and related exports. By using the service, you agree to follow this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Creating, uploading, or distributing illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, violent, or harmful content.
Creating, uploading, or distributing nude, pornographic, sexually suggestive, minor-related, or otherwise NSFW content.
Using another person's likeness, brand, copyrighted work, or protected material without the rights required to do so, especially in misleading or infringing contexts.
Creating or distributing deepfakes, impersonation content, deceptive media, or other content likely to cause real-world harm.
Attempting to bypass limits, abuse the service at scale, probe for weaknesses, scrape unauthorized data, or disrupt platform stability.
Using the platform for spam, scams, malicious marketing, malware distribution, or other abusive behavior.

3. Responsibility for Inputs and Outputs

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use your prompts, uploads, and other inputs, and for reviewing whether generated outputs are appropriate for publication, commercial use, or delivery to clients.

4. Enforcement

If we believe a request, asset, or account activity violates this policy, we may reject the generation, limit access, suspend the account, remove content, or take other action required for safety, compliance, or legal reasons.

5. Reporting and Contact

To report suspected abuse, infringement, or other violations, contact support@videobloom.video. We review reports and handle them according to the nature of the issue.
