Welcome to VideoBloom ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VideoBloom is an AI-powered video drafting platform that lets users create short video outputs from prompts, still images, and reference assets. Our platform is an independent product and may rely on third-party model or infrastructure providers, but that does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate nude, pornographic, sexually suggestive, minor-related, or otherwise NSFW content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Create deceptive deepfakes, impersonation content, or other outputs likely to cause real-world harm.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform. You must ensure that you have the rights required to use your inputs. You may use, reproduce, and distribute generated outputs only in compliance with these Terms, applicable law, and any rules that apply to the underlying model or provider.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase or subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Monthly subscription credits are typically valid for 30 days, and one-time credit packages never expire. Except where required by law or where we choose to resolve a system or billing issue, fees are generally non-refundable.

You can manage subscriptions through the customer portal, or contact support@videobloom.video if you need assistance. If a generation fails because of a system or provider-side issue, we may adjust the related credits as appropriate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. AI outputs are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will always be accurate, commercially suitable, non-infringing, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, delivery, or commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
